Tifawin is an intimate, Canary-owned café with just three tables inside, and four outside. You can find all the usual coffees, as well as a delicious homemade lemonade, a range of iced coffees and baked goods.
Don´t be fooled by the old pictures in Google showing a tacky pink interior. Tifawin was completely revamped when the current owners opened in November 2025. The interior is now decorated with mural art, fun minimalist furniture and nuanced references to its Canary roots.
One Google review described Tifawin as ¨hard to explain, but easy to feel¨, which sums up the café beautifully. For now, you’re more likely to find locals here than tourists, and that’s part of its charm.

La Neverita Coffee is a multifunctional space. Part coffee shop, part showcase for local artists, part yoga and barre studio. Once inside, visitors discover a surprising plant-filled café in the building´s interior courtyard. You can visit the café without visiting the museum, although both are worth your time.
Travel Tips
Double check opening hours in July and August. Many small businesses change their hours or close during the summer vacation period. Opening hours are not always updated in Google, so keep your eyes open as you walk through town.
Avoid franchises. You can certainly find a place serving a venti frappuccino with various pumps of flavored syrups, but don´t let corporate coffee be your only coffee experience in the city.
